Shipping policy

Delivery time: usually takes 3-5 days for domestic and 5-8 days for international after we ship. Some places or heavier orders may take longer.
For Express Delivery, you need to call/mail/WhatsApp us with your order details. Only applicable for prepaid orders. Express Delivery charges will apply.

Shipping cost: The cost is shown when you check out. We offer free shipping (India) for all orders above a certain amount.

Please note: any customs duties, taxes, tariffs or other import fees required by your country are the buyer’s responsibility. Your local government determines these fees, and they may change over time. They may be collected on delivery or invoiced separately. If you’re unsure what to expect, check with your local customs office before placing your order.

Track your order: After shipping, we will send you a tracking number/link by email or WhatsApp so you can see where your package is.

If delivery fails: If the courier can’t deliver (wrong address or no one to receive), they will usually try again. If the package gets returned to us, we’ll contact you.

Damaged in delivery: If the package looks damaged during delivery, kindly email drapedivaa@gmail.com immediately with photos.
