Submit a Return or Exchange Request

We want you to love your Drape Divaa purchase! Please review our requirements below to start your request:

  • Standard Returns: Requests for size, color, or change of mind must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.

  • Damaged or Wrong Items: If you received an incorrect or damaged product, please notify us within 15 days of delivery.

  • Non-Returnable: Please note that items purchased on Sale and International shipments are not eligible for return or exchange.

Important: Submitting this form initiates a review process. Our team will verify your order details and delivery date against our policy. A submission does not guarantee a return authorisation. We will get back to you within 2-5 business days with the next steps.
