Refund policy

If you change your mind or have size/colour issues: You can return or exchange most items within 7 days after you get them. The item must be unused and still have the original tags and packaging.

No return on “Sale” products as well as international shipments.

If the item is wrong or damaged: Inform us within 15 days from delivery for return or replacement.

If pick up is not possible for certain locations (remote, restricted, prohibited, etc), you will have to arrange for the product to be returned for exchange/replacement.

Who pays shipping? If we made a mistake (wrong or damaged item), we will pay the return shipping. If you return because you changed your mind, a nominal cost will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds: After we check the returned item, we will give the money back to the same payment method you used. For Cash on Delivery, the customer needs to share their bank details. It usually takes 2-5 business days for refunds after approval.
